We're a specialty coffee bar and modern general store in Morristown, inspired by the town's rich history. Our team is dedicated to providing a welcoming space for the community to gather and enjoy locally roasted coffee and delicious pastries.

We're seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you'll be responsible for creating a variety of fresh pastries each morning, developing seasonal recipes, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and presentation.

• Prepare and bake a range of pastries daily, including quick breads, cookies, cakes, pies, choux, and danish.
• Create and innovate seasonal items that align with current trends and customer preferences.
• Ensure that all pastries meet our high standards for taste and presentation; attention to detail is paramount.
• Order ingredients and manage weekly inventory, documenting supplies accurately.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed and assist with deliveries occasionally.
• Support pastry work for our sister catering company based on business demand.
• Work a 4 AM start time, 5 days a week, including availability for weekends.

• Proven experience as a pastry chef.
• Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and recipes.
• Creative mindset with a passion for seasonal flavors and trends.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with adaptability to rapid changes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Valid driver's license.
