About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Dispatcher to join our team at Teachout Security Solutions. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, working independently in our corporate office, and ensuring that all employees have punched in for the beginning of their shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatching alarm and emergency response calls
  • Maintaining notes of events during shift
  • Ensuring employee attendance and punctuality

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Clear background (no felonies, no misdemeanors in last five years)
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a drug screen (includes THC)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependability and organization
  • Ability to work well under pressure and independently
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook
  • Detail-oriented and able to learn internal software and multi-line phone system
