Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive sales growth by utilizing effective sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to customers.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on current sales and promotions.
  • Ensure a positive customer experience by modeling and promoting our Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual directives, including floor sets and visual presentations, to create an engaging shopping environment.
  • Support replenishment activities to maintain a full and abundant store.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to technology provided by the company.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Physical Requirements:
  • Constant walking and standing.
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Frequent climbing.
