Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare construction bid schedules and monitor daily progress reports
  • Supervise and review all existing projects for accurate status and develop scheduling support for time extensions and impact delays
  • Work with Project Managers and Engineers to control each project, identifying adverse trends or schedule slippage and recommending corrective action
  • Research, analyze, and prepare project impact documentation for mitigation
Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience in project scheduling or a related field
  • Thorough understanding of Primavera Scheduling software
  • Basic knowledge of construction projects, including bridges, DOT roadway work, and infrastructure
  • Experience with planning and scheduling, validation, commissioning, cost control, claims, and estimating
