• Clean and sanitize administrative offices, meeting rooms, lounges, restrooms, break room areas, and supply rooms

• Stock and replenish restrooms, meeting rooms, and breakrooms with essential supplies

• Collect and dispose of recyclables and trash

• Sweep and mop floors, vacuum and shampoo carpets, and wash walls, windows, and restroom fixtures

• Perform minor maintenance tasks, including cleaning hydraulic hoist pits and ground cleaning

**Requirements:**

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of six months of full-time work experience in a janitorial or industrial cleaning position or a position responsible for cleaning and servicing buildings

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

• Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, stand, walk, carry, and lift heavy objects
