About the Role

This Full-Time LADC Counselor position offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those struggling with addiction. As a key member of our team, you will provide direct services to clients, including interviewing, assessments, treatment planning, and group counseling.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a case load of clients with co-occurring disorders and facilitate groups
- Provide individual and group counseling, monitoring client progress
- Maintain accurate records, including documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Participate in on-site clinical supervision

Requirements

- Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LADC) or licensed mental health professional
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and pass a Minnesota DHS background study
- No DUIs within the last 3 years
