Rotech Inc. is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team as a Ventilator Equipment Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining ventilator equipment in patients' homes. About the Position
This is a full-time position that requires a high level of expertise in respiratory therapy, including knowledge of ventilators and other respiratory equipment. You will work independently to assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans. Your strong communication skills and ability to educate patients and families will be essential in this role.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Set up and maintain ventilator equipment in patients' homes
* Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patient needs and develop personalized care plans
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care and outcomes
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient interactions and care provided

Requirements
* Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) certification
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record (when applicable)
* Ability to lift and transport heavy equipment (up to 50 pounds)
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
