Job SummaryThe Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides essential support and assistance with daily living activities to enable individuals to remain in their own home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, household functions, and daily living activities.
- Report observations of client condition to agency director or accounts manager.
- Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations when required.
- Assist with household tasks essential to clients' personal care.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Six months experience in home care, preferably.
- Successful completion of a competency evaluation.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
