Job Summary

The Home and Community-Based Services Aide provides essential support and assistance with daily living activities to enable individuals to remain in their own home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, household functions, and daily living activities.
  • Report observations of client condition to agency director or accounts manager.
  • Drive safely and comply with traffic regulations when required.
  • Assist with household tasks essential to clients' personal care.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Six months experience in home care, preferably.
  • Successful completion of a competency evaluation.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
