Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional sugaring services, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Educate clients on the benefits of sugaring and our range of services, including full-body sugaring for men and women, lash lifting and tinting, brow tinting, and brow lamination.
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout their experience, setting expectations and providing guidance.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and contribute to a positive team environment.
  • Effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Share product knowledge with clients and promote retail sales.
  • Track service performance and achieve daily goals.
  • Ensure the treatment room is clean, sanitized, and well-maintained between clients.
  • Promote proper aftercare practices to clients.
  • Adhere to company communication guidelines and scripting to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Tailor each client's experience to their individual needs.
  • Contribute to general cleaning duties as required.
