We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spa Coordinator to join our team at W Austin. As a key member of our Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and process guest check-ins, check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
- Secure payment and verify billing information.
- Activate and file room keys, and process all guest requests and relay messages.
- Print contingency lists and maintain accurate records of guest information.
- Identify and explain room features to guests, and provide directions and information on property amenities and services.
- Follow up on outstanding requests and resolve any issues from the previous day.
- Run and review daily reports and logs, and complete designated cashier and closing reports.
- Accept and record wake-up call requests and deliver to the appropriate department.
- Count and secure bank at the beginning and end of shift.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and lift objects weighing up to 10 pounds.
