This role requires strong relationships with Centers of Influence (COI) in assigned regions and effective communication with potential clients exploring treatment options.

Estimated Salary: 43,680 USD per annum.

About the Role: As a Client Care Navigator at Isaiah House, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with COIs, educating them on Isaiah House programs and outcomes, and managing travel schedules to assigned counties. You will also maintain databases of COI activity, client referrals, and admissions, as well as communicate client referrals to supervisors via MS Teams.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of addiction and substance abuse treatment
  • Connections with community services, organizations, and public groups
  • One year of continuous sobriety if in recovery
