We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Therapist to join our team at Moody Neuro Rehabilitation Institute. As a key member of our interdisciplinary treatment team, you will play a vital role in providing psychological intervention to our patients.

• Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct individual and family psychosocial assessments and evaluations to identify patients' needs and develop effective treatment plans.
• Provide Psychotherapy Services: Conduct psychotherapy and cognitive therapy in individual and group sessions to help patients achieve their goals and improve their mental health.
• Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clinical and TA staff to develop, train, and implement patient behavior modification improvement plans.
• Document Patient Progress: Complete all patient care documentation according to program expectations, CARF, and third-party requirements.
• Advocate for Patients: Perform advocacy services for patients during the implementation of their treatment plans.

• Education: Master's degree in Psychology or a related field, and licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Psychological Associate, LPC-Intern, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist by the Texas State Board of Examiners.
• Experience: Minimum of one year's experience in providing psychotherapy services to adult populations, with additional experience in family therapy, treatment of chemical dependency, and experience treating individuals with acquired brain injury or related disorders in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
