We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishroom Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dishroom areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and wash dishes and other kitchen equipment
  • Maintain kitchen workstation cleanliness and follow established procedures and directions
  • Operate dish machine and other kitchen equipment safely and correctly
  • Sort and stock clean dishes, pots, pans, glasses, cutlery, and cooking utensils
  • Empty kitchen trash cans and make trash runs to the dumpster
  • Clean and maintain workstations, dish areas, floors, walls, and drains
Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
  • Ability to push carts, pull, reach, bend, stoop, and stack racks of dishes and silverware
  • Ability to work at a fast pace and in stressful situations
  • Ability to present a well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to respond to visual and oral cues
Work Environment:

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with high temperatures and exposure to cleaning chemicals. Must be able to maneuver to all areas of the kitchen and food service areas.
