Skin Care Services

• Deliver a variety of skin care services according to our spa menu guidelines, ensuring a personalized and relaxing experience for each client.
• Escort clients to and from the Relaxation Room, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
• Communicate any service alterations to our reception team in a timely and efficient manner.

Cleanliness and Maintenance

• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of equipment, tools, and treatment rooms, adhering to our high standards of hygiene and sanitation.
• Ensure that treatment rooms are stocked and prepared for each client, providing a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Follow our established sterilization protocols to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our clients.
• Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of our spa facilities.

Revenue Generation and Client Relationships

• Recommend additional skin care treatments and services to our clients, based on their individual needs and preferences.
• Develop new treatment programs and services to enhance the client experience and drive revenue growth.

Communication and Teamwork

• Provide exceptional service to our clients and colleagues, maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Keep our reception team informed during your shift, ensuring seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in required events and trainings to stay up-to-date on the latest skin care trends and techniques.
• Maintain the Relaxation Room cleanliness and stock levels, ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for our clients.
• Assist with laundry duties and other tasks as required, demonstrating a willingness to go above and beyond to support our team.
