We are seeking highly motivated Line/Prep Cooks to join our team at Wolf River Brisket Co. in Collierville, Tennessee.

Job Summary

This role is responsible for ensuring the perfect preparation of our unique recipes. As a Line/Prep Cook, you will be working closely with our culinary team to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation: Washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and performing general cooking duties.
  • Cooking Techniques: Operating a large food smoker and a stone oven.
  • Menu Execution: Preparing appetizers, salads, soups, sandwiches, and other entrees to meet high-quality standards.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Maintaining a clean and orderly work area to ensure a safe and efficient kitchen environment.
  • Guest Interaction: Interacting with our Kitchen Display System to accurately fulfill orders and create a remarkable experience for our guests.
