At Spohn & Associates, we are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Pinballz, Austin's premier entertainment destination. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience, crafting innovative cocktails, and exceeding customer expectations.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and provide excellent customer service
  • Assess customer preferences and make recommendations to enhance their experience
  • Mix and serve cocktails with precision and flair
  • Plan and present a menu of creative cocktails and drinks
  • Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with age restrictions
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experience
