Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Solutions Liaison: Align technology roadmaps with project initiatives, coordinate technology and solution confirmations, and synchronize communications with technology leadership and stakeholders.
  • Internal Customer Relationship Management: Partner with field leadership to serve as a point of contact for IS, CEC, and other support functions, support process improvement plans, and develop key relationships to advocate for field service operations.
  • Client Solution & Experience Center Support: Back up the Client Solution Center, support provisioning tasks, handle calls, and escalate application requests, and support the Client Experience Center during system outages.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of help desk support or customer service experience with at least 2 years of project coordination.
  • Experience supporting multiple initiatives with a technical focus, coordinating business and process analysis, and identifying areas for improvement using technology.
Competencies:
  • Understanding of a field service organization, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Office suite, including Visio, Project, and CRM.
  • Working knowledge of various CMMS solutions.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management and process improvement best practices.
