Job Summary

Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Avionics and Electrical Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform technical expertise in testing aircraft systems, troubleshooting and repairing system discrepancies to ensure minimum schedule impact.
  2. Implement process changes to reduce cost and meet schedule without compromising safety or quality.
  3. Fill in for the Senior Avionics/Electrical Technician as needed, ensuring that company goals of safety and quality are enforced at all times.

Requirements:

  1. High School Diploma or GED required.
  2. Four (4) years experience in an avionics/electrical career field, or two (2) years of accredited schooling in aviation electronics and two (2) years related experience.
  3. A&P (FAA Airframe and Powerplant) license preferred.
  4. Other FCC and NCATT certifications preferred.

Additional Information:

This is a full-time position with up to 25% travel required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
