About the Role

Pacific Premier Bank is seeking a highly skilled Associate Relationship Manager - HOA to join our team. As a key member of our Community Association Banking division, you will play a critical role in supporting our Relationship Managers in business development and managing relationships with current HOA customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and contact new HOA and Property Management companies (prospects) via cold calling and other marketing methods.
  • Sales and Account Management: Set new business sales appointments and consult with HOA Relationship Managers on newly identified HOA depository opportunities.
  • Client Support: Provide assistance in coordinating and registering for industry tradeshow events, show logistics, and customer site visits.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a clear understanding of both prospect and customer needs and strategies, and provide advice and solutions using Pacific Premier Bank's custom HOA products and services.
  • Communication: Support Relationship Manager and Client Service team in ongoing communication with Customers, including coordinating and presenting routine Customer Client Reviews and Due Diligence reporting.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in Branch Banking Operations, Treasury Management, Deposit Sales, or related experience with a Financial Institution.
  • Travel: Must be able to travel at least one time per month and as needed for tradeshows.
  • Location: Must be able to work out of our Irvine, CA office or Addison, TX.
  • Customer Focus: Must be customer focused and comfortable making cold calls.
