About the Role

The Sales Coordinator at The Cavco Family of Companies plays a vital role in supporting the sales team. This position involves general administration tasks, preparing and coordinating sales-related events and projects, and authoring presentations and proposals for prospective customers. The Sales Coordinator is also responsible for generating and maintaining sales reports and client lists.

Key Responsibilities

• Processes sales orders, updates work orders, and maintains internal sales tracking systems.
• Answers and makes sales calls, processes orders/invoices, and contracts.
• May make travel arrangements for various departments and take meeting minutes.
• Creates and maintains sales kits and sends customer-requested materials.

Requirements

• Associate's degree or relevant experience.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Planning/Organizational skills, able to prioritize work activities, use time efficiently, and work through projects in a self-motivated manner.
• Adaptability, able to adapt to rapid changes in the work environment, manage competing demands, and deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events.
• Problem-solving skills, able to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyze information skillfully, and apply independent judgment on a regular basis in making decisions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Publisher.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, results-oriented, attention to detail, and good time management skills.
