Job Title: Crunch Club Concierge

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Crunch Club Concierge. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

About the Job:

The Crunch Club Concierge is a critical role in delivering an outstanding member experience at Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch customer service, ensuring that every interaction with our members and guests is positive and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming interactions with all members and guests, consistently demonstrating the dials of member engagement as part of the Crunch SLA process
  • Support membership, retail, and tanning product sales
  • Promote membership privileges, including tanning, group fitness, small group training, and childcare
  • Deliver on new member enrollment expectations, including guest conversion, Peaks %, ACH %, and CrunchOneKickoff standards
  • Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures, resolving any member check-in with an alert
  • Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
  • Communicate special events to members and guests
  • Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
  • Maintain a professional and courteous disposition
  • Be an expert in all club facility, services, programs, and schedules/hours of operation
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Able to navigate all stations of the front desk area, including check-in, Relax & Recover, guest services, and membership sales
  • May be asked to clean beyond shift duties to support a clean, crisp, grand-opening ready facility
  • Perform opening and closing checklist and duties

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in reading and writing skills required
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire)

Salary Information:

The estimated salary for this position is $13.50 per hour, plus commission. Benefits include PTO, subsidized health insurance coverage, basic life and AD&D, HSA, short-term disability, and free gym membership.
