Job Description

We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide home health services to patients in Garnett, KS. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating patient conditions, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and families on exercises and lifestyle changes.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution and valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist or license eligible. Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a patient-centered approach are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patient physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and flexibility
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to enhance functionality and alleviate pain
  • Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics to aid recovery and prevent injuries
  • Maintain accurate records of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective patient care
Benefits
