Student Enrollment Ambassador

Simpson University is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Admissions Outreach Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting prospective students for our undergraduate programs and fostering relationships with key accounts in your assigned region.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires extensive travel (approximately 8-10 weeks outside of the local region) to college/transfer fairs, high schools, churches, and other constituents. As an Admissions Outreach Specialist, you will work closely with the Dean of Enrollment to develop and implement recruitment strategies that meet or exceed established enrollment goals.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit prospective students for our undergraduate programs and foster relationships with key accounts
- Travel extensively to promote the university's undergraduate programs
- Provide leadership and supervision to student staff as they maintain regular contact with prospective students
- Assist in evaluating and improving current recruitment processes, procedures, and strategies
To be successful in this role, you must have a personal relationship with Jesus, a vibrant Christian faith, and a commitment to Christian community. You should also possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and one or more years of student recruitment experience or sales experience. Proven past success in recruitment of students or general sales and an understanding of excellent customer service are essential.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
