Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions filled, while also providing excellent customer service and healthcare counseling to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions filled, completing Drug Utilization Review and Final Quality Assurance in accordance with state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting patients with medical-related issues and providing healthcare counseling.
- Build profitable business and script growth through recommended clinical programs, including appropriate immunization, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and other ongoing programs as applicable.
- Supervise the work completed by support staff while on duty, and assist with training, coaching, and managing pharmacy associates as needed.
- Prioritize Pharmacy Department tasks and follow through to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner, including cycle counts, inventory management, and will-calls to customers.
- Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in Pharmacy or Doctoral degree (PHARM.D).
- Active Pharmacist license in good standing in the state for which you are applying.
- Relocation to Southern Oregon (within a 45-minute drive from Roseburg or Myrtle Creek) is required.
