Key Responsibilities- Provide optimal guest experience services, including answering questions and making product recommendations.

- Demonstrate a high level of interest in the welfare, health, and proper handling of all animals.
- Perform cashiering duties and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Ensure merchandise is properly stocked and priced, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Adhere to established operational guidelines and store policies and procedures.
- Evaluate guest inquiries and refer to Guest Experience Leader and/or Leader on Duty as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
- Knowledge of pet care and nutrition a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
