  • Conduct Assessments
    • Assign and grade classwork, homework, tests, and assignments to evaluate student progress and understanding.
    • Monitor the progress of individual students and adjust facilitation strategies to meet their evolving needs.
    • Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress, using data to inform instruction and drive student growth.
  • Develop Positive Classroom Culture
    • Build positive, compassionate classroom communities that engage learners and promote a sense of belonging.
    • Implement evidence-based classroom management and positive behavior support strategies to create a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Other Duties
    • Actively participate in department, school, and district meetings to stay informed and contribute to collaborative efforts.
    • Initiate and maintain close contact with parents/guardians of each student, keeping them informed of student progress and needs.
    • Communicate information regularly to students, parents, and districts regarding student progress and student needs.
    • Update all necessary records accurately and completely as required by laws, district policies, and school regulations.
    • Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, goal attainment, and behavior of students.
