Job Description

This travel Nuclear Medicine Technologist position requires the successful candidate to independently perform all phases of diagnostic nuclear medicine using technical knowledge and good judgment to provide safe and effective examinations.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Motivated candidates with at least 2 years of experience in Nuclear Medicine (Certified Nuclear Medicine)
  • AHA Current Basic Life Support certification for Health Care Providers
  • BSN from accredited nursing program, and proper licensure
  • Excellent communication skills with the staff, physicians, patients, and families
Responsibilities
  • Perform imaging procedures, acquire and process patient studies, set up reading for physicians, and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Demonstrate strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
  • Cultivate effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and families
