The Registered Nurse (RN) Med Surg position at Seattle Children's offers a unique opportunity to join a world-class pediatric healthcare team. As an RN in this role, you will be responsible for providing safe, family-centered patient care and using the Nursing Care Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a collaborative method with patients, families, and members of the healthcare team.

This position requires a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with prior experience in a pediatric-related healthcare setting or specific area of nursing may be required for specific departments. Current Washington State RN License or other current state license that the RN is required to work in is mandatory. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers is also required for all positions at time of hire unless the incumbent possesses a current appropriate Life Support Education required for their practice area.

The estimated salary range for this position is $47.60 - $89.80 per hour, calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year). Offers are determined by multiple factors including equity, skills, experience, and expertise, and may vary within the range provided.
