Job Summary

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our wastewater lift stations, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment malfunctions, and making repairs as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on wastewater lift station equipment, including pumps, motors, and control panels.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform repairs to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
  • Electrical and Mechanical Knowledge: Possess knowledge and experience with electrical and mechanical systems, including 3-phase electricity, control panels, and wastewater pumps.
  • Confined Space Work: Work safely in confined spaces, such as manholes and wet wells, to perform maintenance and repairs.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations and resolve issues promptly.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in wastewater lift station maintenance and repair.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Skills: Basic computer literacy, ability to read and interpret documents, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in confined spaces, lift heavy equipment, and stand for long periods.
