Job Summary

Prometheus Federal Services is seeking a seasoned healthcare professional to join our team as a Manager. This role will involve working closely with the Veterans Health Administration to develop and implement healthcare strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute healthcare implementation strategies to drive growth and measure success
  • Conduct gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for clients
  • Engage in research and analysis to provide data-driven insights and recommendations
  • Collect and analyze field-based implementation data to inform decision-making
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop communications, content, and training in support of project implementation
  • Anticipate client/project needs and develop alternative solutions
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Track implementation progress and identify solutions to barriers
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in health, science, health policy, communication, management, or related field from an accredited university
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience in healthcare, government service, project management, or consulting
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and SharePoint
  • Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship indefinitely
  • Ability to obtain a public trust
Preferred Qualifications
  • Department of Veterans Health Administration experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
  • Experience participating in the development of complex healthcare organizational redesign or new department stand-up efforts
