Fitness Center Representative

Pay: $10.50 - $11.00

We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business. We're seeking a Member Services Representative to provide a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and signing up new members.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club, completing daily tasks and assisting with special cleaning projects.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School diploma/GED equivalent required.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Punctuality and reliability are a must.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive, upbeat attitude and a passion for fitness and health.

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
