- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Document Patient Progress: Accurately and thoroughly document patient progress, including assessments, interventions, and outcomes, to maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Maintain a Safe and Healthy Environment: Ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients by following infection control protocols, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Current RN License: Possess a current and active Registered Nurse license in the state where you will be practicing.
- Health Certificate: Maintain a current health certificate, as required by the facility or state regulations.
- PPD or Chest X-Ray: Have a current PPD or chest X-ray, as required by the facility or state regulations.
- BLS Certification: Possess a current BLS certification.
- Experience: One year of prior RN experience is preferred, but not required.
