Cafe Bistro Server

The Cafe Bistro Server is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This role requires a strong focus on teamwork, attention to detail, and a passion for providing world-class service.

• Customer Service: Provide a quality dining experience that exceeds customer expectations, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers, adhering to all health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
• Teamwork and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient service, communicate effectively with the kitchen and other departments, and maintain a positive and respectful work environment.
• Adherence to Company Policies: Comprehend, comply, support, and administer all company rules, procedures, and policies with regards to operations, accounting, human resources, and payroll.
• Continuous Improvement: Continuously strive for excellence in customer service, food quality, and overall dining experience, seeking feedback and suggestions from customers and colleagues to improve processes and procedures.
