Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at CrossMed - Cath Lab. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and technical expertise in a fast-paced cardiovascular imaging environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain complex medical imaging equipment, including fluoroscopy and angiography systems.
  • Assist physicians with invasive and non-invasive procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, taking into account their medical history and any special needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient responses to interventions, reporting outcomes to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to strict safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and efficient workflow.
Requirements
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a cardiovascular imaging environment.
  • Graduate from an accredited school of medical imaging or a related field.
  • Certifications may be required based on facility requirements.
  • Physical abilities to remain in a stationary position, move and lift equipment, push, bend, and pull.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse personnel.
