Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Sales Representative to join our team at PeopleShare Inc. As a Commercial Lines Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with property and casualty insurance brokers in the Maryland area. Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities and grow our commercial lines business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Match existing agent relationships and books of business opportunities
• Recommend new commercial lines distribution partners in the territory
• Pursue, upsell, cross-sell, and recapture opportunities with agencies and brokers
• Coordinate New Business Proposal Meetings on key accounts to agencies and brokers
• Review competitor plans to ensure best pricing offered
• Lead annual planning process and implement and monitor throughout the year

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred (High School Diploma or GED required)
• Minimum 5 years' commercial insurance company experience in insurance industry, specifically in either Commercial Lines Marketing, Sales, Production Underwriting, Distribution, and/or Relationship Management
• Specific knowledge of the commercial lines in the central Pennsylvania or Maryland marketplace as it relates to new agent appointments and account opportunities

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 (commensurate with relevant experience)
• Quarterly and annual incentive opportunity with potential to add significant amount to total compensation annually
• Comprehensive benefits package, including 401k with dollar-for-dollar match up to 8% with immediate vesting and additional employer contribution after the first year
