We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at California Seniors Care. As an On-Call Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our senior clients in the comfort of their own homes.


This is a full-time position that requires a high level of flexibility and availability. You will be responsible for assisting our clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and medication reminders. You will also provide companionship and engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide medication reminders and administer medications as needed
  • Prepare meals and snacks for clients, as well as perform light housekeeping duties
  • Accompany clients on outings and engage in activities that promote mental and physical well-being
  • Monitor clients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to our care team

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
