Warehouse Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Specialist to join our team at TechFlow, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of warehousing tasks, including receiving and storing materials, verifying inventory, and preparing shipments.

• Conduct physical inventories to verify stock and identify losses
• Deliver items to assigned locations and/or individuals
• Direct work flow to maintain an efficient warehouse
• Operate vehicles to transport orders and materials
• Process incoming materials, including unloading trucks and matching shipping documents to purchase orders
• Prepare reports and maintain documents, files, and records
• Research discrepancies on orders and/or invoices
• Respond to inquiries from staff and vendors

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year related experience in performing material storage and verifying materials received against orders
• Forklift Operator's Certificate
• Valid driver's license
• Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check

• Work with a personal computer
• Lift up to 50lbs unassisted
• Use of hands, reaching with hands and arms, talking, and walking
• Prolonged periods of sitting, bending, squatting, standing, twisting, or stooping
