  • Assist sales representatives in closing sales and preparing necessary documentation.
  • Manage sales lines to maximize operating budget targets.
  • Maintain Bluegreen minimum performance standards.
  • Attend and conduct site meetings as directed.
  • Conduct sales presentations as prospect flow dictates.
  • May conduct refresher training for sales representatives falling below minimum standards.
  • Specific Specialist duties as assigned vary from sales site.
  • Presents prices, financing, and incentives to prospective sales guests.
  • Makes the decision when to close negotiations to complete a sale to a guest.

Expectations:

  • Recruit, hire, mentor, and discipline team members within company policies and procedures.
  • Hold weekly training sessions with approved curriculum.
  • Evaluate team performance and ensure minimum standards are met.
  • Train, mentor, and coach team members to be productive and represent the company effectively.
