Position Details:- Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday during the academic year
- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate ranging from $40 to $50
- Caseload: K-8 multidisciplinary group of 16 students
- Craft and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's strengths and challenges.
- Design and execute instructional strategies that enhance academic, communication, social, and life skills.
- Utilize evidence-based methodologies to support students with autism in achieving their educational goals.
- Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support.
- Incorporate assistive technology and visual aids to enrich learning experiences and facilitate communication.
- Apply behavior management techniques and positive reinforcement to encourage constructive behaviors.
- Track student progress, gather data, and modify teaching approaches as necessary to meet individual objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
- Must possess Ohio licensure as an Intervention Specialist.
