Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Concentra. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our patients and contributing to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care services, including evaluation and treatment of muscle, skeletal, and neurological problems.
- Develop and implement effective physical therapy treatment programs to facilitate patient recovery and attainment of maximum physical potential.
- Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated efforts and optimal patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including documentation of treatment plans and progress.
- Participate in quality assurance and quality control initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices through ongoing education and training.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- At least 5 years of experience in an orthopedic setting, with use of modalities, therapeutic exercises, and isokinetic equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information in accordance with HIPAA and company policies.
