Key Responsibilities:
As a Wound Care Registered Nurse, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care, employing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care provided.
Primary Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations.
- Deliver patient care under physician supervision during clinic appointments.
- Manage patient cases effectively.
- Administer medications as required.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday
Shift Hours:
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM OR 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Qualifications:
Licensure/Certifications:
Registered Nurse License in the State of Oregon
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
Wound Care certification is preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
Preferred experience in Medical-Surgical, Home Health, or Wound Care settings
Education:
Associate's Degree in Nursing.
