POSITION OBJECTIVE
The main objective of this role is to ensure the provision of sanitized linens and personal garments as required for resident care, adhering to the policies and procedures of Birchaven Village, along with maintaining ethical standards and resident rights.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: A minimum of a 10th-grade education or up to one month of relevant experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
LANGUAGE ABILITY: Proficiency in reading and understanding simple instructions, brief correspondence, and memos. Ability to articulate and write simple sentences.
REASONING SKILLS: Capability to apply common sense to execute detailed but straightforward written or verbal instructions. Ability to address issues involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
ADDITIONAL SKILLS: Must be able to interact with and assist individuals who are ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally distressed, or occasionally confrontational within the facility.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
