We are seeking a Community Hospitality Host to provide exceptional customer service and hospitality to our residents and guests. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding experiences and creating lasting impressions.

Job Summary

The Community Hospitality Host will be responsible for assisting in various areas, including interacting with residents and guests, answering phone calls, marketing, administrative tasks, event support, dining room assistance during peak hours, and performing cleaning duties.

Responsibilities
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of residents, guests, and team members, including outside vendor deliveries.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring emergency systems and responding appropriately.
  • Provide excellent customer service and create a positive atmosphere through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Assist with events and activities that promote a resort-like experience for our residents.
  • Clean and maintain public areas, including the dining room and common spaces.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift and move tables and furniture, as well as carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong knowledge of the local community, area, and region is preferred.
  • Previous work experience in customer service or hospitality is desirable.
