Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Room Service Server to join our team. The Room Service Server plays a crucial role in taking guest orders via phone and delivering food and beverages to guest rooms. This position requires ensuring accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Become well-acquainted with the menus, ingredients, and preparation methods for all dishes, as well as the wine list and operating hours of food and beverage outlets.
  • Possess a thorough understanding of the room layout and the property, including knowledge of hotel amenities.
  • Collect orders from the kitchen, ensuring accuracy, and deliver them promptly to guest rooms.
  • Handle signed checks and reconcile daily sales.
  • Assist in collecting Room Service trays and other food and beverage items from guest rooms, including proper breakdown procedures.
  • Exhibit a strong understanding of service etiquette and consistently apply these standards throughout the dining experience.
  • Deliver courteous and professional service at all times.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in personal appearance, equipment, and the facility.
