Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Bakery Artisan to join our team in Riverside, CA. As a Bakery Artisan, you will be responsible for crafting exquisite bakery items that delight our members. You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure that every item meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute bakery productions to meet the needs of our members
- Ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs
- Utilize a variety of products, including decorating bags, tips, and nozzles, to create decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment to ensure a clean and safe working environment
- Demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution to drive sales and improve the shopping experience

Requirements

- 6 months' experience in fresh production area
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in cake decorating
