This role involves working independently while also collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal health outcomes for our clients.


Compensation & Benefits:
This role provides a competitive hourly wage ranging from $35 to $45, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled nursing services to clients in their residences based on their unique care strategies
  • Conduct thorough assessments, formulate and execute care plans, and track client progress
  • Administer medications and treatments as directed by the physician
  • Provide education to clients and their families regarding health conditions, medications, and self-care practices
  • Coordinate care with other professionals in the multidisciplinary team, including therapists, social workers, and home health aides
  • Accurately document all patient care activities in a timely manner
  • Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations, along with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a safe and professional environment for both clients and staff

Qualifications:

  • Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina
  • At least one year of nursing experience, ideally in a home health or comparable environment
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Capability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Must possess reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening
