Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Direct Patient Care: Administer medication, insulin, and IV/fluids, document thoroughly, and monitor patient progress and recovery.
  • Assess and Document Patient Conditions: Report changes in patient conditions, including vital signs, blood/stool/urine, glucose, and other relevant information.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless patient care and exceptional outcomes.
  • Inspect and Care for Wounds: Change dressings, assist with personal hygiene, and deliver appropriate treatments for wounds and other patient needs.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Applied Science in Nursing (AAS) required.
  • Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position.
  • Certifications: Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification.
  • Reliable Transportation: Ability to transport yourself to/from care sites and/or work locations.
