Cedars Preschool, part of O2B Early Education, offers a range of opportunities for childcare professionals. Our preschools have expanded across Florida, Georgia, and Minnesota since 1998. We're seeking experienced individuals to lead our classrooms in various locations.

About the Role:
We're looking for dedicated and passionate educators to join our team. As a Childcare Professional with Cedars Preschool, you'll be responsible for creating engaging lesson plans, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and building strong relationships with parents and children. Your role will involve developing curriculum, executing educational programs, and supporting student growth. A focus on early childhood education is preferred but not required. With training and support available, we encourage applicants with relevant experience to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lesson plans based on individual student needs
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure cohesive educational programs
- Communicate regularly with parents through regular updates and progress reports
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education

Requirements:
- Associate's degree or higher (or CDA/TCC) in early childhood education or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- CPR/First Aid certification
- Prior experience working with young children (0-13 years old) is preferred
- Ability to work Monday-Friday for full-time employment
