We are seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Lacey, Washington.

About the Role:

As a Mobile Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy services to patients in various settings. Your primary goal will be to help patients recover from injuries or illnesses and improve their overall health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with various medical conditions
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Administer appropriate exercises, modalities, and interventions to promote patient recovery and improvement
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes

Requirements:

  • A valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Washington
  • At least 2 years of experience in physical therapy, preferably in a hospital or clinic setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
