Current Opportunities: Full-time positions available for both day and night shifts
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Practical Nursing Specialist will be tasked with providing thorough nursing care and ensuring effective communication of relevant information to the appropriate team members. Additional responsibilities include:
- Maintaining precise records of all controlled substances, narcotics, and sharp instruments in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Conducting health assessments for patients and administering treatment for various ailments and injuries as outlined by established protocols.
- Monitoring, documenting, and reporting on patient symptoms, reactions, and progress, while actively participating in the development of care plans.
- Recording, retrieving, and organizing medical information within patient medical records.
This role includes a comprehensive two-week orientation period, during which you will receive on-the-job training and mentorship from experienced nursing staff.
